Youth soccer in Austin Tx has been growing over recent years.  There are more youth soccer players now in Austin than there are football players.  One aspect of soccer that has a whole lot of people (and kids) flocking to it is the fact that it is pretty much a year round sport.

Another aspect of youth soccer in Austin is that of all the sports that are available in the Austin area, soccer is probably one of the most social sports.  By that I mean that because the seasons are long and there is something going on most every weekend, it lends itself to greater involvement by the entire family.

Having only gone through this life one time (so far), it’s hard to imagine or pinpoint the actual effect that this sport has had on my family.  Who is to say that my children or my friends would be "different" than they currently are because of the influence that youth soccer has had on us.  But one thing I would say is that so far… It’s All Good!
