Do you know how many companies there are perfect companions for your company? Scrapbookers are everywhere and often in groups, in the same places. There are also many companies that could benefit from a partnership with you as much as you might benefit from a partnership with them.

Cross-promoting products and services is an excellent marketing strategy. You basically combine forces with another company in another, but complementary, industry and reap the benefits.

You both have lists of customers, but different lists. Ask the power two sets of customers.

Here are some suggestions for activities to promote cross. I see a discussion ScrapBiz with even more ideas.

You + photographer of the school: How many moms would love to have a page to buy premade kit or a custom page cuts with the name of the school or class? Give the photographer a reduction in your profits in exchange for advertising your product.

You '+ Parent Teacher Association (PTA). My local PTA to a pamphlet at the beginning of the year with all the local businesses offered discounts to members Penny Creek Elementary PTA. There was not a simple scrapbook business on this list! What if your BIZ was there? " I do not even think that you have to pay to be on the list because the list stimulates the adherence of the PTA.

You + local camera or Frame Shop: In a recent edition of a scrapbook magazine, a consultant has described his partnership with a local frame shop. They allowed him to take its workshops in their store with the hope that they sell frames. A store camera would also be an excellent choice, they can teach mini class on digital photography and offer their photo processing kiosk at your class.

You + Dance / gymnastics studio 'S Gym Children: Most of these places have a birthday room "or area with tables. How To Scrap and Play day (payable Mother Upcoming let their children play while mothers and scrap the game of children) or a kit specializing in gymnastics or dance embellishments?

You + Wedding planner photographer: Give a special package for new brides to make their books and give them a discount on wedding invitations customized products or

You + the pumpkin patch or tree farm: Prepare a kit about picking a pumpkin or a Christmas tree. Most places have a gift shop. Giving a portion of the farm.

Once you start thinking there tons of ideas for a partnership with another business! Make sure it's a win-win situation to organize an event with a another company, then sit back and watch your business grow!
